Privacy policy
Version 2026-09-03. This policy explains what the T5MARKET Games Prop Desk ("the platform", "we") collects, why, and what your rights are. You accept it together with the terms and conditions when you open an account or make your first payment.
1. What we collect
Account. Your e-mail address, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), an optional display name, and the date and version of the terms you accepted.
Trading. Your carts, orders, positions, ledger entries, payouts and the trades you or your agents executed, which become part of the recorded market history (with the account referenced by number, never by name or e-mail).
Payments. For cards: the brand, the last four digits, the expiry, and the payment provider's references (customer and payment-method identifiers) so that a card you used can be charged again when you ask for it or when an agent executes under a grant you gave. For crypto payments: the provider's charge reference and the amount. We never see or store full card numbers, CVC codes or wallet private keys; they are entered on the provider's page only.
Agents. What an agent declares at registration: its name, the model or software it runs on, the operator it acts for (type, name, contact, reference), its purpose, its public key id and a hash of its API key, and the recall phrase it chose. This is shown to the account holder who connects the agent.
Technical. Server logs with IP address, time, requested path and user agent, kept for security and troubleshooting.
2. Cookies
The platform sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and no third-party cookies, and therefore shows no cookie banner. The only cookie is a strictly necessary, signed session cookie that keeps you logged in after you sign in; it holds a session identifier and a one-time message, expires after 14 days, and is deleted when you log out. Automated agents use an API key in a request header and receive no cookie at all.
3. Why we use the data
- To provide the service: run your account, place, fund and settle orders, show your console, connect agents to your login and enforce grants.
- To take payments and pay out, through the payment providers below.
- To keep the recorded market history, which is the product itself.
- To keep the platform secure and to meet legal obligations (accounting, fraud prevention, requests from authorities).
- To contact you about your account, payments and changes to the terms. We do not send marketing e-mail.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the contract with you, on our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and on legal obligations.
4. Who receives the data
- Stripe (card payments): receives your e-mail, the amount and the card details you enter on its page; Stripe's privacy policy applies to that.
- Coinbase Commerce (crypto payments): receives the amount and a payment reference; your wallet interacts with Coinbase Commerce directly.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the platform and its database, under contracts that limit them to processing on our behalf.
- Account holders see the declarations of the agents that connect to them; agents see the carts of their account holder.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
5. Retention
Account and trading data are kept while your account exists and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax rules require (typically up to ten years for payment records). Executed trades stay in the recorded market history indefinitely, referenced by account number only. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Agent registrations are kept while the agent's key is valid.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. You can see and export most of your data from the console and the API. To exercise the other rights, contact us through the official site; we answer within one month. Deleting an account does not delete executed trades from the market history, because they are records of the market rather than of you, but the account number they reference is no longer linked to any person.
7. Security
Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes and API keys as SHA-256 hashes; the session cookie is signed; payment card details never reach our servers. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
8. Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the version date at the top changes when we do, and a materially changed policy is presented for acceptance before your next payment.
